Leadership Launchpad is designed to bridge the gap between leader expectations and team member skills — helping your team develop the awareness, communication, and consistency needed to lead effectively in their day-to-day work.
Through a structured, multi-session format, participants learn how to navigate real situations and apply what they’re learning as they go.

Who is this Workshop for?
Anyone ready to take their leadership seriously. That includes first-time managers finding their footing, experienced leaders wanting to break out of bad habits, and ambitious team members preparing for the step up before it arrives.
You don’t need a title to join, and you don’t need years of experience. You just need the drive to grow and the willingness to be challenged. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
What is this Workshop for?
Every session is built around practical tools and real-world strategies for leading with confidence, consistency, and accountability. Expect short teaching segments, hands-on exercises, and honest conversations with peers who are wrestling with the same challenges.
You’ll leave each session with something you can put into practice immediately.

Live Training With Matt Price

Over the course of 8 one-hour sessions, participants will develop practical leadership skills, strengthen communication, and build the awareness needed to lead effectively. Each session combines live instruction, discussion, and real-world application to help participants put what they’re learning into practice right away.
A Personalized Experience
Just 5 Agencies Per Cohort
With only 5 agencies per cohort, participants receive direct access to Matt throughout the experience.
Each session creates space for discussion, questions, and practical application, allowing participants to learn not only from the content, but from the experiences of others in the group.
SESSION RECORDINGS & RESOURCES
Support Beyond The Live Sessions
Alongside the live training, participants will receive access to a private Google Drive folder with session recordings, worksheets, and supporting materials.
This gives them a simple way to revisit each session, complete exercises, and continue applying what they’re learning between live sessions.
Live Session Dates
Our next cohort runs from August 6, 2026 through November 19, 2026. While session recordings will be available, participants are strongly encouraged to attend live to get the most out of the experience.
Sessions take place on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM PST and are designed to build on one another throughout the program.

Practical Tools for Clear Feedback, Expectations & Accountability
Most communication problems aren’t communication problems at all — they’re expectation problems.
In these sessions, participants learn practical tools for setting clear expectations, having difficult conversations, and holding people accountable without damaging trust. The focus isn’t on scripts or techniques; it’s on creating clarity so people know what’s expected and can perform at their best.
BUILDING TRUST, CONNECTION & RESPECT
Strengthening Relationships Through Honest Communication
Strong teams are built on strong relationships. When trust is present, communication improves, problems get addressed sooner, and people are more willing to support one another through challenges.
These sessions help participants understand how trust is built, how it breaks down, and what leaders can do to create stronger connections with the people around them. Participants learn practical ways to communicate openly, navigate difficult conversations, and strengthen relationships without sacrificing accountability.
BUILDING HABITS OF SELF-REFLECTION & GROWTH
Developing Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
The best leaders aren’t the ones who never feel frustrated, anxious, or defensive. They’re the ones who recognize what’s happening and choose how they respond.
These sessions help participants develop greater self-awareness, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and respond more intentionally in challenging situations. Small shifts in awareness often create meaningful changes in how others experience your leadership.

Recordings of each session will be made available within 24 hours of the live training.
Participants will also have access to any accompanying worksheets, tools, and resources, allowing them to revisit key concepts and stay engaged throughout the program.
Once your agency is registered, a member of our team will contact you to gather participant information and coordinate next steps. Participants will receive calendar invitations, session access details, and any materials needed before the cohort begins.
Recordings, worksheets, and supporting resources will be shared throughout the program to help participants stay connected and get the most out of the experience.
