How It began
At 25, Matt was running his own State Farm agency and quickly stepping into leadership.
He helped more than 200 people develop their skills, maximize their talents, and grow in their careers; but behind the scenes, he was struggling.
Stress, burnout, and unspoken fear followed him for nearly two decades.
When Things Changed
Everything shifted when Matt was hit by an 18-wheeler truck on a dark and snowy highway: an accident that nearly killed him.
This moment forced him to take a hard look at how he was living and leading. His team deserved that. And even more, so did his family. From that point on, he committed to doing the work: building self-awareness, practicing vulnerability and resiliency, and learning how to show up with authenticity.
That work became the foundation for the Priceless Coaching System and his “Action Cures Fear” framework. Tools designed to empower people to move forward instead of staying stuck.
Putting Words Into Action
The best leaders don’t just perform better. They think better. They’re self-aware, intentional, and willing to take action even when it’s uncomfortable. When leaders learn to show up that way, it changes everything, both for themselves, and for the people around them.
Through coaching, workshops, and speaking, Matt helps individuals and teams build those skills in a practical, real-world way.
He lives in Reno with his wife, daughters, and guard dog.

Having witnessed the success of his clients and the impact this work has had on their lives, Matt is committed to reaching more people through continued coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements.
To provide further support, he is also expanding access to his frameworks and ideas through online course development and digital resources so more leaders have the tools and insights needed to show up better.

Heather currently resides in Reno with her Great Dane, Bruce.
